Whats up

On my ride this weekend I lost speedometer.all indicator and warning  lights except signal light indicator. Lost fuel gauge. I checked the Plug underneath and ok. Also lost horn. does that sound like a fuse, Bike run ok. All other lights worked. Finished the ride without all that. Just stayed with the group

I'd try the fuses Dave first.

 They're under the back chrome engine cover on the left hand side.

My bike had a blown fuse.

It was the 10 amp power source fuse. Got a surge from somewhere I guess.

I found what blew the fuse. Wiring got against back wheel and caused a short.

Fuses don't usually blow unless something's caused it - always a good indication to look somewhere else - as this shows !!  Good to hear you traced the cause, Tex
