Install only one baffle?

Hello again. 

Thanks to this forum install two exhaust bafflers on my M800 2011 but now I would like to try to see how it sounds with only one of them, is a mistake to install only one leaving the original in the other?

Ahh thank you very much, a local mechanic had me scared by saying it was not good to have different resistances in the outputs of each escape, I'm more relaxed thz

Are you going to be running  1 baffle in one silencer (stock baffle) and two baffles in the other (1 stock baffle plus 1 quiet baffle) ?

No no , sorry for my english 

1 baffle in one silencer (stock baffle)
1 baffle in other silencer (quiet V&H baffle)

Ive ran 1 pipe NO baffle and 1 pipe normal baffle never had a problem

I've ran with one blocked Nostril and one clear and it didn't do any harm    felt better once I'd done a farmers hanky and cleared both tubes though
