Anyone out there thinking of purchasing a jetting kit, AVOID 6 SIGMA LIKE THE PLAGUE. The jets they supplied for my Marauder were 30 out on what was actually required. You're paying a premium for claimed expertise but my experience of them suggests they can't even read an email properly. I wasted four weeks trying to get a resolution from them but was offered NO HELP, NO EXPLANATION and NO REFUND. In the end I followed the advice on this an other forums purchasing the correct jets for a few pounds.

That sounds like shit customer service, any decent company would have gone out of their way to try and resolve the issue, and if they couldn't resolve it, would issue a prompt refund. Spread the word far and wide about how Sigma treat customers.
So, where did you eventually get the new jets?

A message to 'Sigma':  "a bad reputation follows you around much quicker than a good one"

Hi hmac, I just ordered them on e-bay, was a slight worry in that there are different types which it seems use different threads but the e-bay seller had them listed as Mikuna jets and I knew the carbs were Mikuna's, looked the same and smelled the same so I gingerly offered them up and hey presto, job done.

Yep, customer service was non existent, I always knew I could get the kit parts for peanuts here in the UK but went for 6 Sigma because they boasted great support, in reality 'Engineering' is one guy who from the outset just tried to blame the air filters. The kit said fit high flows and so I bought K&N's, his opening remark was 'so, you fitted pod filters'...later he tried to say I should have fitted a high flow which kept the rubber manifold and so I asked him to provide the manufacturer and part number for such a filter, that was the end of 'support'.

Thing that bothers me is that they were so far out, I even provided details of what other suppliers such as Spacer Jim and Pro Jet are supplying according to forum members, still they stuck with it must be the filters.
