Newbie

I have a client who just got kinda screwed. He bought a Intruder 750 1987 and a parts bike 1992 750. The parts bike is from the USA so in Canada that means its a parts bike. The engine in the US bike seems to have good compression in each cyl. The earlier Canadian bike is a low compression below 75 pounds in one. Can the engines in these bikes come out easily? And can these two motors swap as the info says they can?

I have never seen these bikes before as most of my experience is in the Honda shadow line. So sorry for the newbie post...
