I have forward controls on my bike with folding footpegs. These footpegs freely turn and whenever I use my rear brake the footpeg turns just a little bit. After coming to a stop a few times, the footpeg will be completely upside down causing it to fold down and my foot to slip. I have tried tightening the bolt on the other side of the footpeg however when i do this it tightens my brake lever causing the level not to disengage. PLEASE help. Do i need a new washer or something??

Very hard for us to know without knowing what make they are. If you can post a picture, someone might recognise the make and then you could find an online diagram. I had highway hawk on my m800 which looked like this...

Sounds like a bushing is missing or squashed? Something that's stopping the brake lever from moving freely when the peg nut is done up tight to stop it spinning.
