| Hi all,Looking through Evilbay for some decent switches for the Intruder ? looks like a RAT has been munching on loom or previous owner was putting back together BADLY ! after CUTTING the switches of to alter handlebars ? found some nice ones in 7/8" but our bikes are 1" so was wondering anybody took the 7/8 or 22 mm to 25 mm with a good old 7/8 broomstick and sand paper ? dont seem like rocket science ! there are 1" switches available but not the set i won't ! being my bike is a import lights come on automatically,so no need for light switch just hi/lo ! the harley ones wiring will match, but 3 times the price ???? Just a thought ????????? | |

| Filing the outer casings of the cluster with a broom handle and sandpaper should be ok? as long as the internals don't encroach preventing the cluster being tightened up flush with the bars. There should be plenty of 'used' H-D clusters for sale on eBay? Suzuki 1" ones too I'd have thought? | |
