Hi all,

New member here, just bought a 2011 vz800 here in UK, being delivered on Wednesday and looking eagerly to upgrade it, starting with the exhausts (after test ride, i agree with most, they need an upgrade) any advice (plenty to read on the site already i can see) would be greatly appreciated :-) 

I'm very new to these bikes and still researching a lot. seems parts are hard to come by and if I'm correct in saying, the 2011 vz800 is shaft driven, and has the same engine layout as the c50? - thinking about exhaust fittings.

Thanks guys! Ok so I’m understanding that it’s pretty much the same engine which luckily makes life a whole lot easier to source parts for. Any awesome websites to look for accessories in the U.K. that can recommend?

Look for;-  Custom Cruisers, chrome cruisers or Metric Cruisers all of them will give you some discount
if you mention this forum ok?

There's also Metric Cruisers too. Click on the 'Member discount area' to have a look around in there, I believe you have to have a certain number of posts before it will leave you in though (10 I think?).
I'll leave you to work out how you're going to get that amount!

Oh! I had already emailed metric cruisers (their contact form isnt working so sent them an email straight to their address). Been a few days heard nothing yet may ping another one over.
