| Hi guys and gals, I'm John although most people call me chops. Been riding bikes since 1980 and have always liked cruisers (mainly because I'm a short arse lol :) Look forward to being an active member of the forum. | |

| 09.09.2018 00:23:05 Hello all, from Kentucky in the the U S of AI will start out with me being a disfunctionalvet, (military tends to do that sort of thing to people). I have to admit, I am new at this sort of thing but am willing to give it a shot and see what's cooking on here. I am a new trike owner, just got my permit and so far, do enjoy my bike. The guy at the school where they teach a person the safety and how to ride told me right off the bat, "If a person can't ride on an interstate/motorway at at-least 65MPH, then that person doesn't need to be on a motorcycle" so, the other day I hit 85mph and wasn't bothered by the speed, passing autos, trucks, etc. It looks like I may be cut out to ride, lol. 'the trike does much better than the scooter the veterans administration gave me at a whooping 12mph' lol. I've added a gear digital indicator so I at least I know what gear I am in, ha. I tell ya, going from 5th to 1st wasn't fun, but luckily, it was pulling into my driveway with gravel. I'm not sure but if it is cool, I will at my trike's picture to this. I reckon it will not let me, I've tried.Got to go, talk to you all later. Regards, Screwedvet | |
