I complete a 14:1 diff conversion a few weeks ago. The bike performance is greatly enhanced and now cruises at 3400 rpm giving 65 mph in fifth gear. The fuel consumption is quite outstanding.  Brimmed the fuel tank and zeroed the milometer I managed 222 miles. the tank took 15 litres to brim up. According to my calculation that gives me 66.6 mpg just doing local runs. I am a very happy chappie and can't wait to do a long run.
