Springer front end - please help

Hello everyone

I have a 1994 vs 800 intruder. I’d like to install a springer front end -on it. It must have a front disc brake and chopper length. I don’t weld or cut frames, but I am somewhat knowledgeable ( I currently have three intruders vs 800 so I am familiar with the motorcycle).

I was hoping there a reputable springer kit out there , or if someone else has done it out there across the ocean has done it can give me a clue. How can I install one? Is it just a matter of measuring the neck and getting the right bearings? I live near Chicago . there a kit
