Greetings and Salutations...

Based near Chester (UK), riding background has been, among others, Duke 900SS, FZR1000, GSX1100E, ZRX1100 and FZ1N (So far the GSX comes top, followed by the FZ1N)  I stopped riding a few years ago for personal reasons, but I can't seem to get rid of that "itch".

I'm now looking for something that will provide me with the freedom of two wheels, but not "encourage" me to dip into a corner at a rate of knots that, with hindsight, is unadvisable to any sane human being (there are other, practical reasons too).

I've identified a couple of bikes that may fit the bill, one is the VZ800, and I'm hoping that members of this forum will be able to help with advice on ride characteristics, purchasing, other options and above all living with the bike.
