Single red and blue wire help

The bike is a 2003 suzuki vl800 k3

Hoping someone can help me out,  I currently have the bike in parts due to the frame being repowdercoated, so am doing a general tidying up of the wiring but have come across this wire and cant work/remember out where it went, hoping someone can tell me.  Have tried to find it in the manual but cant see it.

I saw a wire like this when i had the seats off the other day, and it was not plugged into anything, i will take a look over the week and see if the same one and let you.
Unfortunately i am not sure what it is at the moment  but will do some digging.
