Debaffled and looking for end caps

Dear All,

I recently debaffled my 2013 M800. Hv holes punched in the middle of the center plates. I won't call the center plates "mickey" as they originally had only one hole fabricated at the top. I had to take out the end plates with much efforts using a dremel to smooth out the jagged edges left after I pulled out the drilled plates.

I want to install some kind of end plates to give the pipes a neat look and add back some back pressure perhaps making the sound a little heavier.

I hv been searching the web for some possible solutions. Came across some adjustable plates meant for cars which come in a 85mm size option that just might fit snuggly inside the pipes.

Any thoughts?

If they are not too expensive it's got to be worth a try.

I am though not too sure about the pipes' internal diameter. Difficult to accurately measure them, will appreciate if someone has an idea. The end caps I want to buy measure 85mm across. Thanks.

I bought a pair for my C800 Intruder from Ebay. That was a few years ago but they were less than ten pounds each at the time. They were 75mm/3 inch diameter. I just used a single stainless steel self tapping screw on the underside to secure them. Not sure if they're the same on your bike but they do look like your photo except the pipe has perforations. I didn't use any kind of muffling material and they are loud but not excessively.
