Bike won't start

Hello Everyone,

Ive recently purchased a 2008 M800 as my first bike and i totally love it, however i come across a slight problem, it won't start. I have power to my Neutral Light but thats all. The headlight is of, theres no power to the indicators, dash nothing. I've checked the battery and had it load tested and all is good there which i thought would be the case as the battery os only two weeks old but i still had it tested anyway, all the fuses are ok and have been multi meter tested,  i have also replaced the starter relay as i was unsure how to test and as it was only a few quid to replace i thought that would just be easier, But still nothing, any advise please as to where to go next.
