Just saying hello as asked... plus a question.

I was just looking for some specs on my recently acquired project bike a VX800 1991 and this forum popped up. 

She is not running at the moment and one of the air boxes is off.  Rather than put it back on which looks like a tetris nightmare I thought I would pick up a couple of pods and get rid of some weight. 

The intake side looks to be about 45mm but eBay is saying 45 48 and 55 will all fit (surely lying).  Sorry to start with an ask but any recommendations? As a bot I swore by K&N but I am a older and less fussy now.

Have got the rust out of the tank, flipped the risers to make the drop bars and the next plan it to fit the pods, turn over the crank by hand with a bit of diesel in each pot. New plugs and see what goes bang. 

It's a bit of fun. Any advice appreciated.

I own a SUZUKI INTRUDER 800VZ YEAR 2005 and I am despretly looking for a fuel tank that has a part number 44100-39G70-YAY.REASON : I tried to clean and clear rust and use a coating product TANK CURE for the inside of my tank, and the result after it dried was BAD.Once I poured fuel inside the tank, the coating started peeling off.I got to know from a paint shop that many people had problems with that product, and that the tank is no longer good to use,exept if its cut open ,cleaned and rewelded.
Can anyone HELP us to find a new or used tank with a reasonable PRICE PLEASE ?
