Hi. I'm Tinman1711 and I live in North Lincolnshire.
I have a '93 VX800. It's the second VX I've owned, the first was a '96 that may have had a dubious past life but I
really enjoyed it anyhow and it made me fall in live with V twins (I've had a couple of Aprilia's since then).
When I saw this bike with an impressive list of work that had been done, I couldn't resist it and I can't tell you
how happy I am with it.
It was a second bike but I've sold 'the other bike' and hope to keep this one a something a bit special by buying
something else to run around on (if I can resist the temptation to ride the VX, that is!).
I've added a small Puig screen, changed the mirrors and bought a replacement seat so that I can send the original
away to be recovered.
There are a couple of parts I'm looking for, so I'll head over to the discussion section and post there.

What a great looking bike and I really like the polished wheels and black clocks. Suzuki should consider an injected version that looks like that given that retro bikes are such big sellers. I'll look out for it at Willingham Woods kiosk if you get down there.
