I just picked up a very nice 1996 Intruder vs800  Dark Maroon and Black with 7,116 miles on it.
It has been setting since 2016 in a garage. Starts and runs but seems
like an awful lot of vibration at speeds.. anything special I need to know
about this Lil Girl..??  I call Her Sinder.

I take it your tyres haven't moved for eight years?
You need new tyres.   ASAP.
