| I didn't care for the forward controls and modified my C50 to go with a standard footrest position: | |

| Thats very unusual CycleBiker, have you got a picture of the brake side as well? How does that riding position suit the C50? | |

| Well thats the first time I have seen that I too would be interested to see the other side, that would certainly be a great mod for riders with a short leg as well | |

| Nice mod. Does the side stand touch it when folded up though?
Come and introduce yourself in the welcome area too | |

| Yes, I changed the bars to suit. Maybe I shouldn't have bought a cruiser style but I just love the engine on this bike - plenty of torque through a wide range of revs and it sounds and feels gorgeous. Here's a pic of the brake side - I put a longer brake pedal on since I took this photo as the mod lost me a little leverage initially: Here's the whole bike (undergoing utilitarian duty). That's a police Road King saddle: | |

| No wonder you modified to a standard foot position with the hieght of that seat, does look like a very comfortable & utilised bike for sure. | |

| Actually I'm 5' 7". I just never felt comfortable flat footing with a bent knee. I feel more stable with on the balls of my feet with my leg straight when I put my feet down. Don't forget that the guy in this picture was only 5' 3" tall:- | |
