Hi Folks. Roger from Hednesford, Staffordshire

Hello all, I am not new to biking and at the moment I ride a 30 year old Naked Goldwing GL1100I which hopefully I will have sold by this time next week. My current bike is lovely but far too heavy for my old bones. Reckon my wife is right about getting something a little lighter and more reliable and a little younger. Will be looking for possibly a Marauder or Boulevard pretty soon as we go down to the South of France every year and just bum around in the sun. Best way to see France and last year it was 54 degrees for 4 days running so riding in that part of the world is a great experience and parkings a lot easier than with a car. Hoping to make lots of friends on the forum and get involved.

Hope you find what you're looking for. Have a snoop around here, and look at the different member bike pics, to get ideas. Even within the category of Intruder, you've got for example the M800 like mine with the swept up "fishtail" fender, then the C800 with the more trad look.

I like your plan of bumming around South of France. Formidable
